RevenueCat
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- In RevenueCat, open Project settings → API keys and create a secret API key with read-only access (v2). Copy it once.
- In Ubrella, Settings → Integrations → RevenueCat → Connect and paste the key. Ubrella verifies it, stores it in the secrets vault and lists the projects it can see.
One RevenueCat account is one integration. If you manage a client’s account as well, connect it separately.
What becomes a source
Section titled “What becomes a source”Each RevenueCat project is a source in Ubrella (we never call it a project — see why). Usually one RevenueCat source per Ubrella project. Apps inside a RevenueCat project (iOS, Android) stay together; their split is available in the metric detail.
Metrics and events
Section titled “Metrics and events”| Metric (per day, rolled to 7d) | Event |

Revenue is taken as RevenueCat reports it, in your RevenueCat display currency. Ubrella does not reconcile with App Store or Play payouts.
Attention items
Section titled “Attention items”- Revenue materially below baseline — attention at −25 %, critical at −50 %; waits for you to resolve.
- Rules only fire after 14 days of snapshots and when the baseline is above roughly €20 per week.
What Ubrella does not read
Section titled “What Ubrella does not read”Customer identifiers, receipts, payment details, or anything per-customer. Ubrella reads aggregates only.
