Confirm the matches.

“Grill Me” in RevenueCat, grill-me-ios on GitHub and “GrillMe Production” in PostHog are the same thing. Ubrella suggests it with a confidence score. Nothing is assigned until you say so.

A status that shows its reason.

Every project has a Pulse. It is not a mood and not a score — it is drawn from the open attention items, and nothing else. Two things open, one of them serious? You can see that before you read a word.

HealthyNothing open. A closed ring, no colour. Silence is the reward.
AttentionOne amber segment per open item. The ring stays closed.
CriticalAt least one item is critical — and the ring breaks there.
UnknownNo usable data yet. Dashed, uncoloured. Not an alarm.

Attention items come from plain rules — a failed workflow on main, a pull request waiting too long, revenue materially below its baseline, an integration that stopped syncing. Items resolve themselves when the system can see the fix, and wait for you when it can't. All the rules.

What Ubrella will not do

The layer above your tools. Not a replacement.

  • It does not poll all day. One full sync each morning. The brief says “yesterday”, never “37 minutes ago”. Webhooks come later, once the morning is right.
  • It does not pretend to know more than it does. When the assistant can't see why a build failed, it says so and links you to the workflow run.
  • It does not store your events. Counts, trends, snapshots — not millions of PostHog rows.
  • It does not act on your behalf. No auto-merges, no re-runs, no production changes. Observe and understand first.
  • It does not replace RevenueCat, PostHog or GitHub. They stay the source of truth. Ubrella tells you which one to open.

Questions
What is a “project”?

One thing you ship and care about as a unit — an app, a SaaS, a website, or a combination. Under it hang the sources: a RevenueCat project, one or more GitHub repositories, a PostHog project. Projects and sources.

Does Ubrella ever assign things automatically?

No. It suggests matches with a confidence score and preselects the obvious ones, but a source is only assigned when you confirm. A wrong assignment is the worst mistake this product could make.

Where does the data live?

On servers in the EU. Credentials are stored in a secrets vault, never in ordinary records. We keep aggregates and daily snapshots, not your raw events. This website uses PostHog (EU) for analytics — you can switch it off on the privacy page.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. The web app works well on a phone, and the API that feeds the iOS app is the same one an Android app will use. iOS first because that's what the founder ships.
